MissionaryMall SMS/MMS Terms
Effective October 8, 2026. Operator: Purity International, Inc, DBA MissionaryMall. These supplemental terms apply to our SMS/MMS programs alongside our general Terms of Service.
Programs
- Staff Assistants: SMS/MMS replies, requested task confirmations, internal operational updates and photo/content intake for verified owners and employees. Enrollment does not grant permission to use every bot or access restricted information.
- Order & Customer Care: order/delivery updates and customer-service replies for consenting customers. This consent does not include promotional texting.
- Feedback & Reviews: optional requests for honest feedback and Google reviews, without incentives or screening based on satisfaction. This program requires its own consent.
Participation and messaging
- Participation is voluntary. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies with requests and the selected program. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. For support, email jon@missionarymall.org.
- Enrollment in one program does not enroll you in another. Email submission does not subscribe you to marketing email.
- Submitting an enrollment request is not immediate activation. Service is pending carrier approval and setup. Staff identity and permitted bot access are verified separately. No program texts will be sent until the relevant program is ready and your consent is checked.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Automated assistance does not replace designated human approval for purchases, payments, payroll, legal commitments, customer remedies or public posting.
- Messages and attachments must not contain unlawful content or private credentials/payment information.
- We may suspend messaging for security, compliance or service reasons.
