Refund Policy
Items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as they are in the original packaging with tags, and provided that the items are in new, resalable condition (not washed or worn).
Shoes can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as they have not been worn outside and are in the original packaging.
After 30 days, items may only be returned for in-store credit. After 90 days, all sales are final.
All clearance items are final sale.
All altered items are final sale.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected, and found to meet the conditions above, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
