Returns
- Items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase, if they are in resalable condition. Resalable condition means as long as they are in the original packaging with tags still attached, and provided that the items are not washed or worn. Nothing may be returned if it has the missionary's name written in or on it.
- Shoes can be returned or exchanged within 30 days as long as they have not been worn outside and are in the original packaging.
- After 30 days, items may only be returned for in-store credit. After 90 days, all sales are final.
- Suit jackets that have been altered cannot be returned.
- There will be a $10 re-stocking fee for any dress pants that have been altered that have a 40" out-seam and above or if shirts have been removed from packaging.
- There will be a $10 fee for shoes returned without their box. (Please use separate box to enclose shoe box)
- Anything below a 40" out-seam will not be accepted for return.
- Any dress pants with an altered waist will not be accepted for return.
- Alteration Fees are NOT refundable.
