Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. While we do our best to keep inventory availability 100% accurate on our website, occasionally we sell out of certain items. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as we know to inform you of wait times, alternatives, and offer a refund.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges, rates, methods, and address verification for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, but again, we will do our best to keep you updated with information on any delays. If you must have an order on time, we advise against using USPS.
In-Store Pickups and MTC Deliveries
Customers that select “in-store pickup” or “MTC delivery” at checkout will have their orders delivered to the selected location. If the customer decides to have the order shipped to them additional delays may apply as we move the order back to our warehouse for shipping and we will need to contact you for payment information for the shipping charges.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
MissionaryMall is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
MissionaryMall is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
