Authorized business use
MissionaryMall Workspace Assistant is a privately operated integration for authorized MissionaryMall work with Google services. It is not offered here for public self-signup. It may be used with an authorized work or personal Google account; each account must grant its own permissions.
- Connect only accounts you are authorized to use. Request work only on information and resources you have permission to access.
- Follow applicable business rules and required user approvals for sending, sharing, deleting, and other high-impact actions. Broad Google permissions are not approval for a particular action.
- Do not bypass access controls, expose credentials, send spam, or misuse another person's information.
- Review generated replies and important changes before approving them. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check facts, recipients, and document or calendar changes.
- Use only approved data and processing routes. Read the hosted AI disclosure before providing task context. A route whose data-use settings have not been confirmed is not authorized for Google-data processing.
Stopping access and asking about copies
You can remove the integration's Google data access in your Google Account's linked-app or third-party connection settings. The privacy notice explains the steps. Revocation stops future access under that authorization; it does not itself delete previously copied data.
