Google services for authorized MissionaryMall work
MissionaryMall Workspace Assistant connects a locally installed Hermes Agent to Google accounts whose users authorize the connection. MissionaryMall uses it to find email and attachments, summarize correspondence, prepare replies, review calendars, retrieve business documents, and work with Google Docs, Sheets, and Contacts.
Some permissions also allow sending email, changing mailbox items, and modifying, sharing, or deleting Google content. Sending, sharing, deleting, and other high-impact actions are subject to the user's approvals and applicable business rules. Granting a Google permission does not approve every action that permission makes possible.
Where processing happens
Hermes Agent runs on the operator's Mac and stores Google OAuth refresh credentials locally. Relevant task data can also be sent to approved hosted AI services for generation or analysis. Depending on the configured route, these can include OpenAI ChatGPT/Codex, Anthropic Claude, or OpenRouter and an approved downstream model provider. Google data does not necessarily remain on the Mac.
Conversation history, logs, and task files can persist. The privacy notice explains the permissions, processing restrictions, retained copies, and how to stop future access.
Who can use it
This is a privately operated integration for authorized MissionaryMall work, not a public self-signup service. Authorized users may connect a work or personal Google account they control and have permission to use for the requested work. Each account must authorize its own connection.
