I think the dress is pretty and was nice for my mom’s funeral but I had it cut off and hemmed to a better length for me. I didn’t realize until 9:15 PM the night before the funeral when I went to iron the dress, that when it was hemmed, the slip hangs lower than the dress itself.
I am going to need to take it back to have this fixed.
Overall, I would like to see dresses that are not quite so full in the skirt. I think it just adds unnecessary weight to how I look in the dress. I would prefer something a little more streamlined.
