Free Unlimited Return + Package Protection

Returning the items was an absolute nightmare. Customer service does not answer calls and does not return emails or voice messages. It took calling a store location FOUR times and asking to speak to a manager twice after the manager did not call when I was told she would the first time to finally get the return taken care of.

I’ve been trying to return this dress since it was delivered. It did not fit my daughter. We purchased the free unlimited return package, so I needed help figuring out the best way to do that, since the website does not give instructions on how to return items when you have purchased the return package. I’ve emailed customer response multiple times with no response. Aside from that, the dress was well made.

I sent my missionary shoes to the MTC. She loved the shoes but was concerned about the heel being too high for all the walking she will be doing. So she got the shoes back to my other daughter (I live far away and have another in Provo). When my daughter took the shoes back she was told they couldn’t be returned without the same box. Our missionary hadn’t thought to keep it since their space is limited. This is already a very high price store especially for shoes, so be very sure about your purchase.

I ordered two dresses and paid $30 for shipping alone. Which is fine because I understand there are free returns, and I ended up having to return one of the dresses. What I don't like is that I was only refunded half of the cost of the dress when what I paid for shipping was more than enough to absorb it. I pretty much got ripped off on my return, so that'll be the last time I order online.
