Poor communication!

I was concerned before I bought the suit that no sizes were asked about the pants so I sent an email which is the only contact info given. No response. So we ordered hoping for the best. The jacket fits well, but the pants are a little small, so I sent another email asking about the possibility of returning just the pants since the jacket fits well. Still no response. While waiting for a response the return date has passed. What poor customer service! I don’t understand why no measurements were taken for the pants in the order process. A disappointing experience.
