Wrong color sent and high shipping fees!

I paid $13.80 for a 1.3 oz black shoe polish then asked for another $16 to ship it! When I asked why they said that the original price I paid for did not include shipping and yet they asked for the shipping address at check out! Since I really need it, I had no choice but to pay. After a few days I received a WHITE shoe polish! What a screw up! When I asked them to send the correct one, I was told that the black one is out of stock! Do not buy from this company! They charge excessive shipping fees and sends the wrong product!
