Finding the Provo location
The outlet is at 1825 South EastBay Boulevard, Provo, Utah 84606, just north of the golf course. The Stores and Contact page has current hours and contact information, so check it before making a special trip.
Alterations, the warehouse, and our offices share the same building. If you have an alterations question, check with the team ahead of time about availability and timing.
Shop with a list and an open mind
The opening emails showed regular stock alongside clearance finds. Clearance selection changes, so treat those photos as a snapshot of opening day. The same styles and sizes may not be there when you visit.
Start with the items your missionary needs most. If you spot a good price on something outside the list, ask whether it fills a real gap and goes with the outfits already planned.
What to bring to a fitting
- Your mission's current clothing instructions.
- Recent measurements and the departure date.
- The shoes, socks, or layers needed to judge a complete outfit.
- Any questions about fit, care, or alterations.
Have your missionary sit down and walk around in the clothing. For trousers or suits that need hemming, ask how the fitting works and how long it should take.
Check the terms on clearance items
Before buying clearance clothing, confirm the return and guarantee terms. Our published two-year guarantee excludes clearance and sale items, so weigh that along with the price.
