"How does your shipping work?"
       All orders under 100.00 have a 5.00 shipping charge that helps to cover our shipping costs.

"What about Suit Back Orders?"
      The only items we ever have trouble getting shipped out on time are usually suits. About 3% of all suit orders will contain a back order. The manufacturers that we purchase from are pretty quick and can usually produce the missing items in about 6-8 weeks. If this happens on your order, you will be sent an e-mail within 2 business days of placing the order informing you of the back order, an estimated shipping date, and the option to:

• Wait

• Get an immediate refund

• Choose a slightly different size or color        

"I'm missing some things, not everything came in the package."
     Accessories (clocks, handkerchiefs, watches, overshoes, etc), shirts, dress slacks and Missionary Mall suits available in stock will ship directly from our store and are usually the first things to arrive.  Long Whaling overcoats, luggage and Lennox suits will ship to you directly from the manufacturers.  Depending on what you order, you may receive up to about 4 separate shipments.

Express Order Instructions:

Express orders are not available.     

There are additional charges if you are wanting to have your order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipments to these locations can also take up to 3 weeks, to speed up the process please contact us to take care of the additional charges. International shipping is not available at this time.  Please call for rates and details.
