"What about returns?"
You may drop returns off at the Orem Store, or mail returns to:

You may return any clothing item that is unaltered or any other item that is unopened and in resalable condition at any time. Please include in the return package (or bring to the store) your name, order number, reason for return, and if you would like a refund or exchange. Please include all necessary information (what you need done, etc.) Please note that you will receive your refund by check within about two weeks and not back on to your credit card if the refund amount is over $50.00. Some people have wondered why we do this. The answer is that the credit card companies charge hefty surcharges for returns, and we just don't charge enough to cover them.
"How does your shipping work?"
All orders under 100.00 have an 5.00 shipping charge that help to cover our shipping costs (we still subsidize a large portion of the shipping costs).
"What about Back Orders?"
The only items we ever have trouble getting shipped out quickly are suits that are not in stock. About 10% of all suit orders will contain a back order. The manufacturers that we purchase from are extremely quick and can usually produce the missing items in about 4-6 weeks. If this happens on your order, you will be sent an e-mail or contacted by phone a few days after placing the order informing you of the back order, an estimated shipping date, and the option to:
- Wait
- Get a refund
- Choose a slightly different size or color
- Have it sent to the MTC
I'm missing all of the clothing items-- they didn't come in the package.
Accessories (clocks, handkerchiefs, watches, overshoes, etc) ship directly from our store and are usually the first things to arrive. Suits, shirts, pants, belts, overcoats, and luggage all ship to you directly from the manufacturer. Depending on what you order, you may receive several separate shipments.
How do I know that I am getting quality merchandise?
We choose items that are most suitable for missionary use. Our clothing is made from the finest and most durable fabrics available, while accessories are usually high-end name brands. We are always attending trade shows, and constantly calling suppliers to find new and better products for missionaries. Whenever possible, we try to carry name brands that are famous for quality and durability while still saving you money. If you are ever unsatisfied with anything (with the exception of altered clothing) you can return the item and we'll replace the item or refund your money.
